I have suffered many years from pain in my shoulder and neck area. When the pain was at its worst, I couldn't even breathe properly or move my arms without severe pain. My son plays football and he has suffered from heel pain that gets worse when running. Sports doctor prescribed painkillers and rest. When coming to Blessings therapy,my sons body posture and position of the feet were checked. She notices that there is misalignment in hips that causes one leg to be shorter than another and that scapulae are at different level. After couple of sessions these misalignment's have been treated and boy grew many centimeters! Best of all, now he can run without any pain!

I booked an appointment to Hot Stone therapy in Aroma Asian Style Spa because I had aches and pain in my body. When I arrived to our appointment Blessing was welcoming me warmly . Soon she told me that she can do Hot Stone therapy to me but that was not what my body needed most. She saw from my walking, standing and sitting styles that my body posture have been incorrect for many years. She told me also that my sleeping position has been wrong and that my upper body and hip bones have been misaligned. And those issues are causing pain in my body that wont leave until something is done to those issues. I started to visit Blessings therapy once a week and we have been working on my posture, my sitting and walking styles, also my sleeping position towards ideal. I have noticed difference in my posture already after first session, also I have gained more length! I have had previous experiences from osteopathy, reflexology and Thai massage but Blessing brought new dimensions to body therapy that I hadn't experienced neither in Finland nor abroad. Her massage made me understand that there is always hope to remove pains, improve posture and start over!
